Shipping Policy

At EBÉRE JOLIE, delivery is an extension of the product itself—precise, discreet, and uncompromising.

Order Processing
All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be modestly extended. Each order is inspected, packaged, and sealed to preserve the integrity of the piece.

Shipping Methods & Timing
We offer secure, trackable delivery through premium carriers.

• Domestic (U.S.): 1–3 business days after dispatch

• International: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for transit times rests with the shipping provider.

Signature & Security
All orders of significant value require a signature upon delivery. We do not release packages without confirmation. Clients are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Select domestic orders may qualify for complimentary shipping; eligibility will be presented at purchase.

International Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not undervalue or alter documentation.

Address Accuracy
Orders are shipped exactly as entered. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been confirmed. Any redirection or reshipment costs resulting from incorrect information are borne by the client.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if there is a material issue in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for lost shipments must be initiated promptly; resolution is subject to carrier investigation. We do not assume liability for delays once the parcel is in transit.

Restrictions
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipment to certain locations where secure delivery cannot be assured.
