Returns & Refund Policy

At EBÉRE JOLIE, each piece is produced and presented to exacting standards. In keeping with the exclusivity of our collections, we maintain a limited and highly controlled return policy.

All Sales Policy

All purchases are considered final sale unless explicitly eligible under the conditions outlined below. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

United States Orders

Return Eligibility

Select items may be considered for return only upon prior authorization and must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Request submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery

  • Item received by us within 10 days of return approval

  • Merchandise remains unworn, unused, and in flawless, resalable condition

  • All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and authentication materials are intact

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards, without exception.

Refund Method

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. No monetary refunds will be provided for U.S. orders unless required by applicable law.

Store credit:

  • Is non-transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Expires 6 months from issuance

International Orders

Final Sale Policy

All international purchases are strictly final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on orders shipped outside the United States.

This policy reflects the complexities of international logistics, customs, and duties.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify Client Services within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims must include:

  • Order number

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Supporting photographic evidence

Upon verification, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Issue a replacement (subject to availability), or

  • Provide store credit or refund where legally required

Non-Returnable Items

The following are never eligible for return, exchange, or credit:

  • Made-to-order or customized items

  • Limited edition releases

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or worn items

Shipping, Duties & Taxes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • All international duties and taxes are non-refundable and non-recoverable

  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs where a return is exceptionally authorized

Right of Refusal

  • Deny any return that does not fully comply with this policy

  • Limit or refuse service to any customer exhibiting excessive or abusive return behavior

  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
