2023 SPARKLING ROSÉ
Moonlights and shimmering night skies, enduring days and victory lapse and dances. Celebrations of how far we came from this success. This enrapturing Napa champagne will add a touch of charm to your occasion. Ours is filled with fine bubbles, carrying provocative aromas of golden apple, honeysuckle, and suggestions of freshly baked pastry. Vibrant notes of orange blossom, yuzu, Meyer lemon and white peach frolic on the palate with subtle glints of crushed seashell. Bright acidity carries through to a delightfully uplifting finish.
SUGGESTED PAIRINGS
This wine pairs beautifully with caviar on toast points, strawberries with crème fresh, or an opulent platter of seafood on the half shell. If properly stored, it will continue to improve with age for the next 20 years.

A throwback vintage reminiscent of the before times, 2023 delivered incredible phenolic depth and complexity. After a decade of drought, vines had been pleading for water. 2023 began with one of the coldest, wettest winters on record. The plentiful rain provided the much-needed drink while chilly temperatures delayed budbreak by two weeks, insuring vines would be safe from early spring frosts which plagued several properties in 2022. |
The late start, in concert with moderate temperatures throughout the growing season, allowed grapes to mature slowly while keeping sugars in check. The milder, balanced weather patterns revealed the most evenly ripened vintages of recent memory, with potential of cellaring due to ample acidity and tannin structure. While Mother Nature delivered a unicorn in terms of quality, the 2023 harvest season was anything but easy. With many varietals ready to be picked at the same time, tricky maneuverings abounded as winemakers juggled the fermentations and press loads. The steady hands and experience of the cellar logistics of incoming fruit and available tank space while tackling hundreds of crews were essential to navigate such a challenging Harvest labyrinth.
